Mary Paizakas - Modern Dance

Mary a Qualified Teacher of Modern Dance is available for classes in all types of modern dance including latin and modern dance styles.

 

   

Bristol Old Vic - Education Depattment

The BOV Education Department are offering drama workshops for children and teachers

 

   

Mick Leigh - Poet

Mike Leigh is a charismatic Australian Poet who is in Thornbury for one day during festival week and has offered to visit schools to put on a poetry workshop.

   

Kamlesh Vyas - Rangoli Workshop

Rangoli is the colourful art of making designs with coloured grains, sand, pulses etc. Kamlesh Vyas will be available during the Holi period to entertain and demonstrate this beautiful artform.

Severn Vale Open Studios    


Click South Gloucestershire Arts Trail for on-line virtual studio.

This is an exciting initiative funded by South Gloucestershire Council and Arts Council England South West. The aim is to provide local artists working in the area with an opportunity to meet people and sell their work. You will be able to chat to the artists about their ideas and inspiration, buy high quality art at affordable prices and explore the delights of the Severn Vale and the Berkeley Vale.

An illustrated leaflet giving directions and the opening times of the various exhibitions is available from Thornbury Town Hall or Thornbury Library, or send a Stamped Addressed Envelope min 9" by 6" to
